Common signs include the watch running noticeably fast or slow, feeling stiff to wind, a loose crown, or simply the fact that it hasn't been serviced in several years. If you're not certain, you're always welcome to bring it in for a look — there's no obligation.

Standard maintenance is usually completed within one to two weeks, depending on the current workload. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you drop the watch off, and we'll let you know if anything changes.

We discuss the result you'd like before touching anything. We can restore a brushed finish, re-polish certain surfaces, or ease light scratches — while keeping the dial and crystal fully protected. We also respect honest wear; if patina is part of the watch's character, we'll leave it where agreed.

Restoration timelines vary depending on the condition of the watch and whether parts need to be made. We provide a written plan and a realistic timeline before any work begins. Some restorations take a few weeks; more complex cases may take longer. We work at the pace the piece requires.

Listed prices cover the core service. If we discover anything that changes the scope — for example, a worn part that should be replaced during maintenance — we will always discuss it with you first. Nothing additional is done without your agreement.

We focus primarily on mechanical timepieces — manual and automatic movements. If you have a quartz watch or something unusual, do get in touch and we'll let you know honestly whether it falls within what we do.
